Physicochemical testing includes appearance, fineness, viscosity, solids content, pH value, and VOC content, which must meet national or industry standard limits. Application performance requires testing for adhesion, water resistance, alkali resistance, scrub resistance, and weather resistance, simulating actual usage environments to verify reliability. Only batches that pass inspection can enter warehousing; non-conforming products must be isolated, analyzed, and their causes traced to form a closed-loop improvement system.

 

Quality maintenance during storage and transportation is equally indispensable. Water-based paints are sensitive to temperature and humidity. The ideal storage environment temperature is between 5 and 35°C, with relative humidity below 80%, and direct sunlight and severe vibration should be avoided. Packaging must be intact and sealed to prevent moisture evaporation or impurities from causing system imbalance. Key indicators should be re-inspected before shipment, adhering to the "first-in, first-out" principle to shorten the storage period and ensure delivered products are in optimal condition.

 

Furthermore, the sustainability of quality control relies on data-driven management and personnel capacity building. Online monitoring and information systems can record and analyze production, inspection, and storage data in real time, quickly identifying abnormal trends. Regular operational and testing skills training enhances frontline personnel's understanding of the characteristics of water-based paints and key quality control points, reducing human error.
