Answer: Our products have multiple certifications:
- EU: REACH compliance (SVHC notification completed), RoHS 2.0.
- Southeast Asia: Compliant with local VOC limits.
- Custom certifications for specific markets available. Full certification files (SGS, ITS) provided upon cooperation.
2. What is the VOC content? Are these low-VOC products?
Answer:
- UV coatings: VOC ≤50g/L, below EU limits.
- Water-based coatings: VOC ≤70g/L, meets EU Eco-label and US EPA low-VOC standards. Batch-specific VOC reports available.
3. Do your products contain heavy metals or formaldehyde?
Answer: No.
- Heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr6+) comply with EU RoHS 2.0 and US CPSIA ≤100ppm.
- Formaldehyde <0.1g/kg. Safe for indoor furniture and children's products.
Orders & After-Sales
1. Minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Are samples available?
Answer:
- Standard products: 500kg/variant. Custom: 1000kg/variant.
- Free sample: 1kg/variant; customer pays shipping. 1–3 days for delivery.
2. Production and delivery time?
Answer:
- Standard: 7–10 days; custom: 10–15 days.
- Domestic ports: 1–2 days after production. Overseas: EU/US East 30–45 days, US West 25–35 days, SE Asia 10–15 days. Air shipping 3–7 days, extra cost.
3. How to handle quality issues?
Answer:
- Report with photos/data within 7 working days.
- Tech team verifies in 3 days; may request 1kg sample.
- Confirmed quality issue: free replacement, refund, or discount within 5 days, including logistics. Non-quality issues: provide technical guidance.
4. What technical support do you provide?
Answer: Full lifecycle support:
Pre-sale: Product selection, application plan.
During sale: Manuals, videos, remote guidance.
Post-sale: 24h response, 48h solution, optional on-site/remote training.
Customization & Cooperation
1. Can coatings be customized to specific performance requirements? Process?
Answer: Yes. Process:
- Provide detailed requirements, substrate, usage.
- R&D evaluates feasibility in 3 days, provides proposal and quote.
- Sample development fee paid, sample produced in 7–10 days with test report.
- Approve sample, sign contract, place order at custom MOQ. Progress updates during production.
2. Do you support OEM/ODM cooperation? Requirements?
Answer: Yes.
- OEM: Provide brand/logo, packaging design; MOQ 1000kg/variant; full service including labeling.
- ODM: Provide product function, performance, scenario; MOQ 2000kg/variant; R&D, sample, production, certification; 30–60 days depending on complexity. Contract required.
3. Will you provide product testing and certification documents after cooperation?
Answer: Yes. Full documentation:
- Basic: COA, SDS.
- Certifications: REACH, RoHS, FDA.
- Custom: Assistance for specific market certifications (UL, CE) if needed. Documents in Chinese and English for international use.
