Core Information
1. Product Introduction
Plastic coil-scratch resistant coating is a kind of ultraviolet-cured coating with excellent micro-scratch resistance, which can effectively protect the surface of the coated object from fine scratches. With its excellent comprehensive performance and environmental protection characteristics, the micro-scratch-resistant UV coating coil floor has become the mainstream choice in the commercial, industrial and civil fields.
2. Core Value Proposition
- Addressing micro-scratch issues: Conventional UV coatings have poor micro-scratch resistance. In high-traffic areas, frequent friction causes the floor to become covered with fine scratches, making it look old quickly and increasing maintenance costs.
- Key features: High cross-linking density formula, scratch resistance ≥2000 g (GB/T 9279-2007), micro-scratch rating B2 (EN 16094-2012), and an 80% reduction in scratch marks.
- Additional assurance: Low-VOC eco-friendly formulation, 6–8° matte finish, 0-grade adhesion, and a dual pre-heating process suitable for mass production.
Core Advantages of plastic coil-scratch resistant coating
1. Core Technologies for Micro-Scratch Resistance
- High cross-linking density formula: After curing, the coating achieves a high cross-linking density, with scratch resistance ≥2000 g and a micro-scratch rating of B2. It withstands frequent micro-friction from keys, shopping carts, shoe soles, etc., outperforming conventional coatings (scratch resistance ≤1800 g).
- Dual pre-heating curing: Dual infrared pre-heating in winter (100–150°C) enhances coating compactness, ensuring long-lasting micro-scratch resistance without degradation.
- Matte & dirt-resistant finish: A 6–8° matte appearance visually hides fine scratches, balancing aesthetics and practicality.

2. Adaptability for High-Traffic Environments
- Targeted scenarios: Shopping mall corridors, supermarket aisles, home living rooms, office building lobbies, and other areas with high-frequency friction.
- Compatible substrates: Roll materials, focusing on core substrates used in high-traffic environments.
- Application advantages: Coating dosage of 10–12 g/㎡, dual pre-heating process compatible with assembly-line mass production, with line speeds up to 50 meters per minute.

3. Durability + Cost Advantages
- Extended maintenance cycle: Floor renovation intervals are extended from 2 years to 5 years.
- Appearance retention: Micro-scratches are not visible, allowing the floor to remain clean and presentable over a long period, enhancing the overall quality of the space.
- Environmental compliance: Low-VOC and odor-free, meeting environmental standards for commercial and residential use, and supporting large-scale export.

Construction Notes
- Scratch Resistance Test: Perform a 2000 g scratch resistance test after construction to ensure micro-scratch protection meets the required standard.
- Curing Control: Strictly follow the specified curing energy. Insufficient curing will result in inadequate crosslink density, affecting scratch resistance.
- Storage & Handling: Store in a cool, dry place at 5–35°C. Shelf life is 12 months unopened. After opening, use within 30 days.
